Re : Problems and errors gettign full use of the ADMANAGER PLUS app on both iPhone and Droid Phones

We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would definitely assist you in configuring things properly. We understand that you have hosted the product over the web. For the mobile app to work normally the device has to be connected to your internal network either through Wifi or VPN. Request you to try accessing ADManager Plus URL from your mobile browser and check whether you're able to access it. Few possible reasons might be,

1. Ports might not be open
2. Firewall might not allow connections
3. Credentials configured in Domain Settings-->Edit Domain Details needs to be updated for technicians unable to login.

We might need a remote session to analyze the logs for finding the root cause of this issue. Request you to send an email to support@admanagerplus.com mentioning this forum post so we may troubleshoot further.
