proxyAddresses are attributes that already available in your ADManager Plus. When you try to re-add them to the tool, they would report on the primary SMTP address only.
Kindly go to AD Reports --> Exchange Reports --> Mail Enabled Groups report --> Generate --> Add "Email proxy addresses" column from "Add/remove columns".
